Every year around this time I like to assess how the year has gone, and decide how I can make next year even better.
Safe Dreams has grown from having only one product to having 14 different product lines. Until now the ‘team’ has consisted of myself, Vicki, my fab assistant who has been with me from the beginning, and a great bunch of reliable contractors. However, it is now time to expand the business and take on an almost full time member of staff – how exciting!!

Safe Dreams design and distribute award winning breathable, safe sleep products for babies which give parents extra peace of mind. We are growing fast; we sell to over 10 countries internationally and to major UK retailers in the nursery, toy and gift markets. We have a range of exciting new products to launch and are looking for someone to join our team.
If you’re our Sales Star, you’ll be responsible for:
· Creating and proactively following up sales leads
· Managing sales accounts, at home and internationally
· Getting involved with marketing, social media and PR ideas
· Attending trade shows when required
· Assisting with other areas of the business as and when required.
Experience of selling, particularly over the phone, is a must, as is excellent communication skills. Also we are looking for someone who understands and can be passionate about our products.
This job is part time and suitable for parents with children of school age as the hours are flexible (suggested hours: 10am – 3pm 4 days a week). The job is office based in Ferryhill, central Aberdeen. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
